This month's prompt:

Based on “Two Septembers” by Gordon Grice, create a dichotomy of two moments, thoughts, objects, relationships, memories, people, pets, emotions, beliefs, encounters with wildlife, nature, societal rules, familial or societal expectations, unexpected kindness or rudeness, anything!    

Use the prompt or just bring your own one-page (300 words or so) piece of poetry, short fiction, memoir, scenery, imagery, or other general writiness to share at the Salon. We'll read to each other and discuss our work and talk about writing.
